Eugene is the heart of the Willamette River and the McKenzie River. Both River’s flow through the Eugene-Springfield area. These beautiful river’s are lined with jogging, running and biking trails that stretch over 30 miles. You can easily put your boat, canoe, or Kayak into the river and float down or do some great fishing.

Eugene Oregon is part of Lane County. We have many other cities both country and in town cities, just to name a few; Springfield is connected to Eugene, the smaller towns are Mohawk, Marcola, Pleasant Hill, Dexter, Fall Creek, Lowell, Veneta, Elmira, Crow, Creswell, Cottage Grove, Coburg and Florence. Lake Oswego and Portland are less than 100 miles North of Eugene, we have agents that specialize in all of these areas.
Lane County also has many wonderful schools, both public and private. These schools consist of Marist High School, O’Hara, St. Paul (Private schools); Public schools are Thurston High School, Springfield High School, Mohawk High School, Sheldon High School, (Formerly the high school of Todd Christensen -Professional Football player), South Eugene High School (Formerly the high school of the famous runner Galen Rupp), Churchill High School(Formerly the school of the NFL Football player Chris Miller), North Eugene High School (Formerly the school of Professional Basketball player Danny Ainge), Willamette High School, Cottage Grove High School, and Creswell Schools. All of these schools are known for their higher education.
Eugene Oregon was founded by the Skinners, many of their family members still live and work in Eugene today.
Eugene has many hiking trails that go up lot’s of HILLS and mountains. Mt Pisgah has views of the entire valley that you can see even the Oregon Coast range. Spencer Butte is another hill that has hiking to the top that allows you see the entire valley in all directions as well.
If you like to go to the Ocean, Florence Oregon is only 1 hour away. The Beaches in Florence are beautiful and their is fun shopping in Old Town.
If you are an avid Snow Skier, then Mt. Bachelor may be your Mountain of choice for skiing. Mt. Bachelor is only 2.25 hours from Eugene, they have fun bunny hills to learn to ski on as well as Black Diamond Runs.
We have Two Wonderful Universities within 45 minutes of each other. Oregon State University the home of the Oregon State Beavers is located in Corvallis which is only 45 minutes away. Of course the University of Oregon is located right here in Eugene, the Home of the Oregon Ducks. In addition we have Lane Community College that offers excellent academic courses and technical classes.
They have had a recent upgrade to their Club House which has added a new restaurant, dining area, bar, private room and exercise room. Close by is
the Oakway Golf Course which is open to the public and has 9 fun holes to play. Located in North Eugene is a very nice public course which is the
Riverridge Golf Course with 18 beautifully maintained holes. Santa Clara–In West Eugene another private Golf Course is Shadow Hills Country
Club that is a 18 hole well maintained Golf Course with a private restaurant and golf pro shop and pool. Emerald Valley Golf Course is open to the
available. Tokatee Golf Course is located to the East of Eugene going up the McKenzie River that also has a very nicely maintained Golf Course
